From the M4 J13 follow the signs to Newbury. On approaching the urban area take the A339 dual carriageway south. At the next roundabout (Sainsbury’s) turn right (Bear Lane) into the town. Follow this road left then right then left again onto Bartholomew Street and turn immediately right at the mini roundabout into Craven Rd, then next left into Rockingham Road, Mayflower House can be found on the left hand side. Resident allocated parking is at the rear of the building (entrance just pass Rockingham Gate), however as there is a security gate, best to park in the road when visiting to view the development.
From the A4 take the A339 south (from the Robin hood roundabout) and follow the directions as above. From the South take A339 to “Burger King” roundabout and take the 1st exit (St John’s Road). At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit (Newtown Rd) then after about 200m turn left at the lights into Pound St then 1st right into Rockingham Rd.
